Shipping policy

Every original gets packed by me, by hand, usually within 3–5 business days of your order. US orders ship insured with tracking, and anything over $500 needs a signature at delivery so it doesn't sit on a porch.

Originals also ship to Canada and Australia, insured and tracked, and usually take 1–3 weeks to arrive. Your country may charge import tax when it arrives. That's collected by your carrier, not me. Somewhere else? Just email me and I'll get you a quote.

Wallpaper packs are available everywhere except the EU and UK for now, and I'm working on opening those up.

If something arrives damaged, please keep the box and packing and send me a few photos within a few days. I'll make it right.
