Once a month on the crescent moon, the smokehouse flares up for those who wish to consume.

Chatbots

November 17, 2014

Finally after quite a while of expanding on a sketch with colored pencils, I finished up a giant 13×19″ drawing of some very colorful robots.

A gathering of friends in an open forum, chatting and sharing their passions and techniques; sometimes ducking from view of the moderators or encouraging the lurkers to join in.

Here are some photos of it in-progress: Chatbots progress

End of Fall and a Little Foal

November 10, 2014

A misty morning walk among the old trees and mossy rocks, maybe there will be some new discoveries to make along the way. Maybe if you’re quiet enough, you’ll find the sleeping foal hidden away in the brush.

October 7, 2014

Phew! All my iPhone walls are now sized for the 6+ (they should still work just fine on other devices and sizes as well, yay!). As always, the downloads on the individual pages are free. But if you’d like to show your support and for convenience, you grab a bundle of all the wallpapers (over 90!) that also comes with some extras and variants in it: Wallpaper Bundle Enjoy!

Hedgehogs and Breakdowns

April 18, 2014

Two new wallpapers and prints have been added! I’ve been in the mood for some more subtle desktops so both of these are in that direction Breakdown is darker and then you can try Hedgehogs & Mushrooms for a bit lighter side of things.

Hatch for iOS

November 20, 2013

The last few years, I’ve had an incredible experience partnering Impending and Realmac to create a fully interactive and animated pet for the iPhone, and its now finally ready for its first steps into the wide world. I basically dived into the deep end of animation and learned sooo much in the process, so forgive any rough edges, but I think it’ll steadily improve as I keep learning more and revise my process. That said, I couldn’t be happier with how it’s all come together and how much life we’ve been able to instill.

Hatch exclusively features my artwork with over 15,000 frames of layered animations and environmental depth with parallax, plus I’ve drawn dozens of collectible goodies and decorations for your pet and its surroundings. There’s even some wallpapers generated by the app to match the color of your pet, so if you’ve enjoyed the work on my site over the years, I think you’ll really appreciate all the eye candy we’ve managed to cram into one app.

If you have some time and could use a good friend, I’d love for you to check out Hatch! I hope you love it as much as it loves you :D

Watcher

July 23, 2013

We’ve gotten *so much* rain this year, my backyard has been getting quite wild and overgrown as the plants soak up all the tasty water. It made me think of all the times I’ve been hiking and start seeing all these plants you never knew existed. So, whenever you’re deep in the woods and get a feeling that you’re being watched, you probably are. They’re always watching
